You make a lot of sense and I can tell that you speak from experience. Healing must ultimately come from within, but some people benefit tremendously from the mirror that a coach or therapist -one familiar with psychedelic integration- can offer, at least until you reach a point from where you can go on by yourself. In addition, I know of a handful of cases that afterwards were just lost and started looking for answers in the wrong places. One became a hardcore born again Christian who thought yoga was satanic and a few started believing in that Q-conspiracy. A follow-up from a coach could have prevented a lot of damage.
