I'm the kind of learner that did poorly with theory but rather well with practical examples. It's how I learned French without having to remember all the grammar rules other than through practise and exposure. Likewise, what would help me in this case is a practical example such as "Bank Customer A never makes a transfer from this hour to this hour and never to an account from country X for an amount in this range.
